The first stage on your journey to Investors in People accreditation is to contact Investors in People West Midlands. We can arrange for one of our Investors in People specialists to meet with you and discuss how to move forward.
The specialist will explain how Investors in People can help you to achieve your strategic objectives and improve the performance of your organisation and, if you wish, carry out a ‘desk-top’ diagnostic.
The 'desk-top' diagnostic will provide you with a simple gap analysis and a proposal and costs for ongoing support. At this point you can make a formal commitment to work with the Investors in People Framework and we will supply you with a Commitment Certificate to display.
