Now it’s time to work on defining and implementing improvement actions.
You can do this without any external support if you wish, for example by using on-line tools such as IIP Interactive. On our events page you will also find training sessions to help you understand the Standard and prepare for assessment.
Your action plan should include specific activities, timescales and responsibilities with a target date for initial assessment. The time it takes for you to achieve full accreditation will depend on your starting point and the breadth and depth of gaps identified.
If you feel you need some expert advice and guidance we would be delighted to arrange, project manage and quality assure this for you. Costs and project deliverables are agreed in advance.
