As an Investor in People you are part of a large, and growing, group of organisations who have benefited from working with the Framework.
One of the real benefits of this is the opportunity to receive external, objective feedback from a licensed Investors in People Assessor to ensure that your people management and development processes continue to be effective. Once recognised, you will receive an annual visit from your Assessor to discuss progress, improvements and how the Framework can continue to help you achieve your objectives.
This activity typically lasts between half and one day and comprises a discussion with senior managers. However, if you wish, interviews with managers and staff can be arranged at additional cost. The advantage of this approach is that you will receive ongoing feedback from a sample of your workforce and will be able to address any shortfalls before they become major problems.
